We specialize in creating full Estate Plans including Wills, Financial Powers of Attorney, and Advance Healthcare Directives. In some cases, trusts of various types are part of the plan. Each plan is customized according to client needs and goals.
New clients often tell us that they do not have an Estate Plan, but most clients are surprised to learn that they DO have a plan whether they created one or not! In the absence of legal planning, a loved ones estate will be distributed according to Pennsylvania Intestacy Law.
A properly drafted Estate Plan replaces this Intestacy Law with your own plan tailored to your specific needs and wants.
Dealing with the loss of a loved one can be a difficult and overwhelming experience.
Our firm helps our clients through the complex legal and financial issues that often arise when a loved one dies.
Our goal is to do so in a compassionate, friendly fashion.
We have years of experience with the estate administration process, which may involve probate, trust administration, preparation and filing of the Pennsylvania inheritance tax return, locating and valuing assets, dealing with creditors and tax authorities, preparing accountings and estate settlement agreements, orphans' court audits, and other matters.
Franchise law refers to creating, operating and ending franchise relationships. In our office, we advise those who are considering the purchase of a franchise.
